When entering the Real Estate business she chose to join family-owned Tarbell, Realtors because of the Broker’s outstanding training programs. She has taken advantage of the company’s ongoing support and emphasis on education to earn certification as a Short Sale and Foreclosure specialist.
Dedicated to serving her clients with respect and personal attention, her philosophy is simple and effective. “Serve people as I would want to be served; with courtesy, patience, professionalism and compassion,” says Sayad. Clients also appreciate her knowledge, availability, and quick response to their requests.
“Zsuzsi is one of the hardest working agents I’ve ever met,” said Dean Foster, Manager of Tarbell’s Palm Springs branch. “She is an inspiration and a role model to the entire team.”
Sayad has earned rave reviews from clients including Sherry A. L. who recently purchased a vacation home with Sayad’s help. “We never felt rushed and always felt like we were her most important clients. She was thoughtful and kind, always watching out for my best interests. Her professionalism was incredible, as she guided me through the myriad of paperwork. I strongly recommend Zsuzsi as a real estate agent; if and when the occasion arises I would definitely call on her to represent me again.”
Sayad serves the entire Desert region, focusing on the Mesa neighborhood area of Palm Springswhere she lives. She has a keen interest inPalm Springs mid-century modern homes and has spent much of the past seven years restoring an early Donald Wexler (FAIA) masterwork on Lilliana Drive. Working with the guidance of the renowned architect, Sayad restored the residence with exacting detail, from recreating the scale model of the 3000 sq. ft. home to the final touches of landscape architecture.
A prime example of Mid-century Modern American Architecture, the home has been praised by many Modernism enthusiasts, as well as recognized by the Curator of Architecture & Design at the Palm Springs Art Museumand the Director of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona College of Environment Design. Dubbed the Lilliana Gardens Glasshouse, the residence was featured during Wexler Weekend in 2010 by the Palm Springs Preservation Foundation, in events organized by the Palm Springs Modern Committee (PS MODCOM), and was discussed in an article in Palm Springs Life entitled “The Quiet Elegance of Donald Wexler.”
Sayad is married with three children. She enjoys travel, reading, yoga, walks, and playing cards.
