Michelle Gareis, of Tarbell
, Realtors’ Palm Desert/Ironwood Country Club sales office was recently honored for her outstanding sales production at the broker’s annual Excellence Awards celebration. Colleagues and peers were on hand to recognize the hard work and dedication needed for such an achievement.
A six year real estate veteran, Gareis joined Tarbell in June of 2011 and earned top producer status in just six months. Gareis’ integrity along with her sincere and honest approach to each transaction has a way of turning clients into longtime friends. Her philosophy of always putting her client’s needs first and listening to their needs has served her clients well, “I don’t tell them what they want to hear, I tell them what they need to know,” said Gareis.
Gareis enjoys a wide client base, from first time buyers to investors and has a growing referral base of Canadian clients. Specializing in service to Palm Desert, Ironwood Country Club, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage and the entire Coachella Valley, Gareis is knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. She is a Short Sales Specialist and member of Preferred Properties, Tarbell’s luxury homes and estates division.

Gareis has a BS in Psychology. She and her two beautiful children relocated to the Coachella Valley in 2005 from Sacramento. They enjoy spending time together as a family taking long walks, bike riding, skiing, and short drives to the surrounding mountains. In addition, Gareis works with local charities and fund raises for local schools. She and her family attend Southwest Community Church on a regular basis and have met many wonderful friends.
