Introducing Mark Swartz to Tarbell Riverside
Tarbell, Realtors recently announced that Mark Swartz has joined the real estate professionals in the Riverside office. Branch Manager Laura Lewin said that Mark is a wonderful addition to her team. “Mark is a lifelong Riverside resident with a history of public service,” she said. “His knowledge of our city and the surrounding communities is a huge bonus. I’m proud that he chose to make Tarbell the home base for his real estate career.”
Describing himself as a proponent of lifelong learning, Mark said that Tarbell’s emphasis on continuing professional education was a crucial factor in selecting a brokerage. “Information and education are the foundation of success,” he said. “Real estate is an industry that never stops changing, so knowing that this company would always encourage and support me in mastering new skills was extremely important.” He added, “Having lived in Riverside for over 50 years, I was already familiar with the Tarbell reputation for excellence, not just for customer service but for its agents, too.”
A Good Neighbor and More
Mark’s goal is to be an indispensable resource for his clients. His service-oriented style, attention to detail, and common sense, combined with his knowledge of local history and real estate development, make him a reliable asset to his clients. “My focus is on building a trusting relationship with each customer,” he said, “and taking the time to understand their needs and desires. For most people, real estate is their most important investment. Everyone needs help reaching their real estate dreams, and I want to be the good neighbor they count on.”
Mark has a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science and a master’s degree in educational counseling. He worked as a deputy probation officer for Riverside County for over twenty years and most recently has served as a campus supervisor for Riverside Unified School District. He and his wife have three adult sons and one still in high school. Mark enjoys all things sports-related, including participating, watching, and fantasy teams, plus volunteering in youth sports. He is a fan of the novels of John Grisham and David Baldacci.
